In my art I am one with the moment and perpetual change. I am with the unknown, open to what emerges through the energy that is present and pushing to be expressed.

I paint abstract Zen paintings that evolve by expressing the fleeting moment through the movement of brushstrokes on white canvas and paper background. Years of awareness to mind-body sensations through meditation and ‘Focusing’ had brought on the development of an abstract minimalistic expression.
